Mental Health Treatment for all People
Person-first therapy by therapists who are people first
At Mind Care Therapy, our mission is to provide socially conscious and culturally informed mental health services to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and neurodivergent communities. We are dedicated to empowering individuals who experience oppression, guiding them toward mental health liberation. Our core values include centering marginalized voices, empowerment and liberation, culturally sensitive care, self-reflection and healing biases, activism and education.
We provide individual, family, and couples therapy to adolescents and adults. We treat a broad range of issues including anxiety and depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, life transitions, anger and stress management, and relationship issues.
In addition to therapy services, we also provide consultation services to schools and organizations seeking mental health related guidance and training opportunities.
At Mind Care Therapy, we see people first - never reduced to a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. As clinicians, we are committed to our own ongoing self-reflection and growth, because we believe the therapeutic relationship itself is where the healing happens.
