What We Do
Mind Care Therapy is a private, mission-driven, mental health therapy practice that delivers high quality services to the individual, family, and community. We provide virtual therapy to those best suited for that medium and in-person and online psychoeducational programming to workplaces and communities in need.
As a socially-conscious mental health practice, we are intentional about creating a safe space for all identities and bodies. We help those struggling with anxiety, depression, adhd or executive functioning deficits, and anyone experiencing distress from generational trauma, work, and social, gender, or cultural expectations. At Mind Care Therapy, you can expect to be seen as a whole person through our culturally-informed approach to mental health care.
With social justice at the center of our mission, we are committed to ending the shame and stigma associated with accessing mental health support. We believe that only until the stigma ends, will each person’s wellness improve.

We examine all parts of your life from childhood development to sleep and nutrition in order to identify the possible origin of problems or maladaptive patterns. We draw on ancient wisdom to enhance our practice of western healing to bring you the best possible outcomes.
