Mind Care Therapy is a private, mission-driven mental health practice dedicated to delivering high-quality services to individuals, families, and communities. We offer virtual therapy for those who prefer online care and provide in-person and online psychoeducational programs to workplaces and communities in need.

We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all identities and bodies. Our culturally-informed therapy approach addresses anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and distress caused by generational trauma, work pressures, and societal expectations. We see you as a whole person and tailor our care to meet your unique needs.

With social justice at the heart of our mission, we actively work to end the stigma surrounding mental health support. We believe that by eliminating shame, everyone can access the care they deserve and improve their overall wellness.
