Comprehensive Mind Care Services to Support Young Minds

Our mind care services for adolescents (ages 12+) provide comprehensive mental health support for all adolescents, including therapy for immigrant children. We offer culturally-sensitive therapy for your ward that addresses their unique emotional and mental and social experiences.

Individual Psychotherapy

Through individual psychotherapy, we offer adolescents a private, judgment-free space to process their emotions and develop coping strategies. We work closely with parents to foster a supportive home environment for their wards.

Group Psychotherapy

Group therapy offers adolescents a community with peers to share experiences and develop social and emotional skills. This supportive format offers professional guidance while building confidence and social connections.
