A one day workshop offering strategies and techniques to establish a strong foundation for couples who are getting married by Sikh marriage rites. Learn the lessons offered through the laavan and accompanying therapy tools to assess and understand values, establish or challenge expectations, define mutually agreed upon boundaries, communicate effectively through distress, and prepare for a healthy, lifelong marriage.
